Network error

Mobile users didn’t log off lotus properly hence different user file version is created.
Or disconnect LAN or Wifi prematurely.

Step to recover.
If it occurs again, del check your Y:If there's more than 5files, del off the other file xxxver1.*
And clear off the cache.ndk in c:\ > lotus > Notes > Data
Then resync your Y:


Users unable to send mail, exceed quota

User didn’t housekeep their in/outbox.

Step to recover.
Advise user to archive their email periodically.
After then compress the mailbox.

If all fails, advise user to log a problem through the corporate website > AskIT > Report a Problem under Lotus Notes.



Missing Tools Bar

Same as MS office, you can right-click on it at the top under toolbar preference.
